There are many search engines available today but among these
search engines, there are only few Search engine that stands apart due to its high
efficiency and speed.
Among these Google is the top leader while Yahoo , Bing ,
Ask , and remaining others share a small part of all share.
AOL , MSN , Infospace , Overturn , NetSpace , Earthlink are some examples of search engine.
Mission of search engine
In the early period it was a tough task to find any information.
So search engine was founded to simplify the search.
Search engine collects data from many websites and make it
available to the user at one.
Data from another website are collected in the form of Xml
format which are stored in the search engine database. Later when someone
search for any data then it retrieves data and give to end user.
